The Senior Administrator supports all operational aspects of assigned retirement plans, including client phone contact and information gathering. The Administrator manages the annual compliance and testing cycle, including 401(k), 401(a) and 410(b) non-discrimination testing. Finally, the administrator receives calls from plan Participants and assists with support of their investment transactions and advisory support. Administrative responsibilities include supervision or hands-on production of services related to all aspects of a retirement plan’s operations. The Senior Administrator will supervise an Assistant Administrator that is responsible for Contributions and Distributions as well as directed tasks by the Senior Administrators.
