Why did you choose Weaver Partners? I heard really good things about it through the people that I met that worked there. After interviewing, I liked the culture of Weaver Partners and it seemed like a great opportunity to begin a new career with great people.
What do you enjoy most about your job? The thrill of getting an offer for candidates, and the acceptance of that offer of course.
What do you do when you’re outside of work? Trying new things (food, beverage, entertainment, adventure). Movies, and anything automobile related.
Favorite bands/artists: Hoodoo Gurus, Van Halen (Hagar LOL), Imagine Dragons, Acoustic Alchemy, Bob Marley, Jack Johnson, I am all over the place with music!

Why did you choose Weaver Partners? I chose Weaver Partners because there is no limit as to how much talking I can do in a single day.
What do you enjoy most about your job? First, my colleagues. Second, my ability to connect with people nationwide. Third, seeing my hard work pay off.

How long have you been at Weaver Partners? 6 ½ years or since early 2012.
Why did you choose Weaver Partners? The partners because of who they are as people and how they treat others. They do right by others.
What do you enjoy most about your job? When I am able to truly help a client find the perfect hire or when I able to help a candidate land the perfect role for themselves. I like people and I like helping others.
What do you do when you’re outside of work? Golfing, relaxing with friends and family and watching live music, but I don’t do enough of this.
Favorite bands/artists? Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Cake, early Metallica and tons of Classic & Blues Rock.

How long have you been at Weaver Partners? Three years at Weaver Partners – 25 in recruiting.
Why did you choose Weaver Partners? I had the opportunity to meet our Managing Partner, Peter Lindenmeyer, earlier in my career.  I knew Peter had integrity, talent, and cared about his employees.  I approached Peter three years ago and became part of his team.  He has created a company based on integrity, talent, and hard work, all of which I admire.  I look forward coming to work and trust and admire my peers.
What do you enjoy most about your job? Everyone at Weaver Partners has a strong moral compass.  It is rare to find a recruiting firm where everyone wants the best for both the candidates and employers.  Peter and Jason have created a truly positive place to work, they treat their employees with respect, and set a hire bar for everyone in the office.  There is a lot of laughter and comradery.  Knowing that you have been instrumental finding a new job or career for an individual is a great feeling. Partnering with a client and finding them a great employee is absolutely rewarding.
What do you do when you’re outside of work?  Spending time with my husband Brendan, daughter Lily, and son Liam.  Of course our lab Anabelle and evil cat Delilah are in the mix.  A good movie, glass of wine and the family chilling.

Why did you choose Weaver Partners?  The company environment was amazing and I liked the challenge of getting strangers to open up to me about their career goals.

What do you enjoy most about your job?  The daily challenge of meeting people and helping them reach their goals.

What do you do when you’re outside of work? Volunteer at a local Equestrian farm, workout when able, and spend as much time with my 5yr old niece.

Favorite bands/artists: Favorite artist is Garth Brooks followed very closely by the band Old Dominion.

Why did you choose Weaver Partners? I was drawn to the integrity of Weaver Partners, was super impressed by the team and since I was pretty successful in my past sales careers in making connections with people, it was a great match for me and enriching other’s lives in a recruiting role is pretty rewarding!

What do you enjoy most about your job? The culture, the team here and the challenge to help others further their next career.

What do you do when you’re outside of work? Horses, horses, horses.  My vacations are every weekend spending time with friends and trail riding our three Rocky Mountain horses.

Favorite bands/artists: The Rolling Stones are one, but I’ll generalize and say any classic rock.
