Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Money Out Operations to lead multiple operational teams responsible for disbursement and withdrawal processes. This role will serve as a senior operational leader responsible for defining operational strategies, ensuring service excellence, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

The position will focus on developing and executing operational plans, maintaining strong internal relationships, overseeing regulatory and operational controls, and leading teams to meet service expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, operational expertise, and the ability to drive strategic transformation across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual operational business plan and communicate objectives across leadership teams.
  • Lead, motivate, and support leadership staff and operational teams.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and service-level agreements are consistently met.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for leadership teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings with operational leaders and teams to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Support leadership in resolving escalated operational issues and client concerns.
  • Develop leadership competencies and support career development across operations teams.
  • Promote initiatives that improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex client service situations, audits, and operational issues.
  • Monitor operational workflows, production commitments, and service-level metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational service delivery.
  • Align department priorities with overall business objectives to support growth and client retention.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop operational strategy and long-term vision.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency through automation, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Oversee departmental budgeting and financial planning.
  • Utilize operational metrics and capacity analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Maintain operational workflows, procedures, and service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and operational policies.
  • Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the protection and security of client data and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or related industry.
  • Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience managing operational teams.
  • Experience overseeing disbursement or withdrawal operations strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presence and experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and operational service standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio (Access preferred).
