Position: Sr. DC Account Manager (Remote or Hybrid)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager to join their team in a fully remote or hybrid capacity. This role focuses on reviewing work and delivering exceptional client and advisor service, supported by dedicated teams handling implementation, plan documents, special projects, and loan and distribution processing. Account Managers collaborate in team-based environments, working toward firm-wide goals while receiving individual recognition for outstanding performance. Regular team meetings ensure alignment on deadlines, firm updates, and industry developments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client and advisor relationships, ensuring high client retention.
  • Manage a caseload of complex retirement plans with expertise and precision.
  • Conduct escalated work product reviews, providing guidance and quality assurance for team members.
  • Prioritize and manage workload effectively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while consulting on plan operations and design.
  • Proactively communicate industry developments to clients and investment advisors.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, recordkeepers, and advisors to enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure all work aligns with Nova’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Review and approve ADP/ACP testing, non-discrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and other government forms.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Must have College degree & Industry designations.
  • 10+ years of A-Z Plan Administration.

Skills Required:

  • Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
  • Superior knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
