Peter Lindenmeyer, Managing Partner

Peter formed Weaver Partners in 2002 with a focus on the Retirement Services Industry.  A well-respected leader in the recruiting and staffing arena, he is known for building bridges between employers and respective talent. Through the years he has mentored hundreds of recruiters and managers and is proud to have fostered and promoted an ethical approach to staffing and recruiting. Since 2002, Peter has shaped Weaver Partners into a highly respected national recruiting firm impacting the entire scope of the Employee Benefits Industry.

Prior to establishing Weaver Partners, Peter worked at The Richard Michael Group recruiting full-time and freelance professionals in the creative fields. During his tenure as VP, he was instrumental in its growth from a modest Chicago upstart to a full-fledged national contender with offices in 32 markets nationwide. After its acquisition by the giant Dutch-based employment agency, Randstad, he continued on as Practice Director until 2002.

Leading the overall Operations of the firm, he has been affiliated with NAPS for more than 20 years and sat on technical steering committees with ASPPA.

Outside the office, Peter sits on the Executive Board of The Paul Ruby Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and is an active volunteer in his community. He’s an avid musician and lives in Batavia, IL with his wife, two kids, three dogs, couple of fish, and a mean-eyed cat named, Johnny Cash.

Jason Waggoner, Partner

Jason joined Weaver Partners in 2003 and quickly established a reputation as a true champion for those people looking for career development and for leading employers to top performers.  Bringing over 20 years of relationship management and business development experience to Weaver Partners, Jason’s media, technology and financial services background helped him to move quickly from Senior Consultant to Manager, and now Partner and Shareholder at Weaver Partners.

Throughout his professional career, the fundamentals to success have always remained consistent for Jason: a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and unimpeachable integrity and as a mentor he has instilled these fundamentals in many junior staff members. He manages several of the firm’s key client relationships and maintains an extensive network of top talent in the employee benefits sector.

Jason is a life long Chicagoan and current resident of Geneva, where he lives with his wife, son, Boston terrier, black cat, lovebird and gecko lizard.  When not working, Jason enjoys golfing, playing music, drawing, and coaching his son’s little league baseball team.  Jason also volunteers with different charitable organizations in his community.
