- Management of a team of retirement plan administrators including training, legislative updates, processes, procedures and peer review.
- Plan Design expertise and experience consulting with clients to Maximize Tax Advantage for Company, help clients attract and retain employees and maximize retirement benefits for their employees.
- Extensive experience with plan compliance, compliance testing, compensation ratios and ERISA
- Knowledge Updates on Legislative, Regulatory, Legal Changes
- Extensive knowledge of annual plan filings to IRS (form 5500’s etc.)
